A Varied and Rewarding Role:
- Diverse Bar Experience: You'll work across our main restaurant bar and two of our exclusive spa bars, serving up a wide variety of drinks including classic coffees and expertly made cocktails.
- Luxury Setting: Bertram's is a beautifully refurbished destination restaurant within a leading UK resort, serving both our restaurant guests and 200 daily spa visitors.
- Full-Time Flexibility: Enjoy a minimum of 30 hours and up to 45 hours per week, typically across 3 to 5 shifts depending on rota and business levels.
What We're Looking For:
- Positive Attitude: Friendly, adaptable team players who want to grow their hospitality skills in a high-end environment.
- Customer Focused: A genuine passion for providing warm, attentive and high-quality service.
- Some Experience Preferred: Ideally you'll have experience in bartending & cocktail preparation, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Flexibility: Shifts will include a mix of daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Age Requirement: Must be over 18.
