We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Property Assistant to join our Commercial Property department as part of our firm’s exciting journey of growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business on a full-time basis, providing administrative and legal support to the lawyers within the team.

With the opportunity to continue developing your knowledge and experience within Commercial Property, this role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a professional and supportive legal environment. Previous experience within a property or legal support role is preferred, however we are also open to speaking with graduates or individuals who are genuinely interested in pursuing a career within Commercial Property law.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting solicitors with a wide range of commercial property matters
  • Assisting with file management and maintaining accurate client records
  • Drafting legal correspondence and preparing documentation
  • Conducting legal searches and assisting with due diligence processes
  • Preparing completion statements and Land Registry applications
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties professionally and efficiently
  • Assisting with billing and general administrative duties
  • Providing wider support to the Commercial Property team as required

What We Are Looking For:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent is desirable but not essential dependant upon experience
  • Previous experience within a similar legal or property-based role again is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • A genuine interest in Commercial Property law and a desire to progress within the sector
  • A positive, professional, and adaptable approach
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Strong administrative, research, and IT skills
