Location: Hams Hall

Hours: 06:00 - 14:30, 16 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday only

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.

Your Tasks

  • Leading and managing a team to achieve and exceed SLAs
  • Distributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employees
  • Steering, coordinating, and implementing processes as well as planning the daily business activities
  • First point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments
  • Identifying issues or problems and initiating corrective measures and success control
  • Ensuring SLA compliance
  • Working in the SAP system
  • Participating in resource planning (staff and infrastructure)
  • Creating and evaluating reports
  • Ensuring the quality and service level specifications
  • People management activities

Your Profile

  • Experience of working with computerised systems
  • Experience and understanding of working in a temperature-controlled environment an advantage
  • Able to demonstrate reliability, good time management and organisation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Good numerical skills and record keeping skills
  • Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner
  • Strong customer focus
