We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative logistics solutions that meet the needs of our business.
Your Tasks:
- Analyze and improve logistics processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and implement logistics solutions, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain logistics performance metrics and dashboards to monitor progress and identify areas for enhancement.
- Evaluate and recommend logistics technologies and tools to support operational goals.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on logistics performance and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading logistics engineering workstreams in construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering at least 2 construction projects, including a blend of automated and non-automated solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and modeling.
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
