Location: East Midlands Gateway

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00- 40 hour week

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the delivery of key projects while learning the ropes of professional project management. You\’ll work alongside experienced project leads, gaining hands-on experience and benefiting from structured training and development.

Your Tasks

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling and project administration
  • Help track progress and update internal systems
  • Take part in team meetings, document notes, and follow up on actions
  • Support communication between departments and stakeholders
  • Identify issues or risks and escalate appropriately
  • Maintain organised records of project documentation

Your Profile

  • Basic understanding of project management principles (e.g., planning, scheduling, tracking)
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
