Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing reports to ensure all sales are captured correctly
- Populating special sales royalty rates on the system
- Maintaining the accuracy of contacts and contracts in the system and ensuring prompt amendments
- Querying unusual contract clauses with the contracts department
- Assisting in the Manual Licensing Statement accounting process and liaising with external licensees
- Analysing Reverted titles
- Recalculating royalty statements after rate amendments
- Manually adjusting sales records
- Reviewing and analysing both internal and external royalty statements for accuracy
Essential criteria
- Solid administrative background
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable processing and working with large volumes of data
