This role will handle a large volume of inbound licensing requests for BMG\'s Recorded and Publishing catalogue. This is a 12-month FTC covering maternity leave, starting in June 2025 Key Responsibilities: Building & maintaining a network of commercial advertising client contacts. Negotiating, clearing and licensing inbound commercial music requests across BMG\'s Recordings & Publishing catalogue. Advising on and clearing BMG UK originating repertoire (Advertising / Commercials) with our international offices, affiliates, agents and sub publishers. Building and maintaining working relationships with internal repertoire teams, managers writers, and artists. Maximising sync revenue and promotional opportunity across Advertising / Commercials projects. Working on Advertising / Commercials projects from end to end, coordinating with creative pitching team, music supervisors, copyright, legal & business affairs, finance, A&R, royalties. Copyright research. Your Profile: Ideally you will have 5+ years of Sync Licensing experience at a publisher, label or in rights negotiation. A confident negotiator with the ability to build impactful relationships Excellent knowledge of the Advertising/ Commercials market - licensing practices, copyright law and deal terms.
