Contract: 40 Hours - Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly motivated Management Accountant to join our Finance function. This role will support the delivery of accurate and timely financial information, ensure robust financial controls, and provide insightful analysis to support business decision‑making.

Your Tasks

  • Support the month‑end close process, including the preparation and posting of accruals and prepayments
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of invoice processing, confirming costs are correctly allocated within the Profit and Loss account
  • Support the Purchase Order process and maintain integrity and accuracy within the sub‑ledger
  • Prepare and maintain clear, complete and accurate balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month‑end process
  • Analyse monthly expenditure and provide clear, concise financial insight to stakeholders
  • Support Business Partners with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc requests
  • Participate in internal and external audits and additional compliance activities

Your Profile

  • AAT qualified
  • Strong data analysis and financial reporting skills, including data visualisation
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across the organisation and present financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders
  • Proactive and professional approach, demonstrating ownership, initiative, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to think critically, identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement
