Arvato is seeking an experienced and proactive Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Hams Hall. In this key role, you will work closely with both our client and warehouse operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement, enhance performance, and deliver measurable business results. You will lead initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery, bringing a commercial and business-minded approach to continuous improvement across the site.
Your Tasks:
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across warehouse and client operations.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support innovation, automation, and best practice across the operation.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support business decisions.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence role, ideally within logistics, manufacturing, warehousing or supply chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Business-minded, with the ability to balance operational detail with commercial priorities.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is highly desirable.
