Penguin Random House Children’s seeks a Deputy Art Director to lead design for a new imprint, taking ownership from concept to finished product while balancing creative ambition with commercial goals.

You will manage freelance designers, build partnerships with illustrators, and collaborate across editorial, sales, production, marketing and publicity, with a London office presence required three days per week.
