Arvato is seeking 2 x Control Tower Operators to join our team at Arvato Hams Hall. This fully onsite role involves rotating night shifts (4 on, 4 off) and a permanent contract. You will coordinate daily operations, monitor performance, and work with warehouse and planning teams to ensure service levels meet customer requirements.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and solution-focused with strong IT and Excel skills, and experienced in logistics and SAP WMS systems.
