We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded marketer who’s full of ideas and loves seeing them come to life. As a Senior Marketing Executive in the DK Children’s team, you’ll help bring our award‑winning children’s books to readers everywhere, from inspiring non-fiction to fun and imaginative new fiction. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll plan and deliver campaigns that make an impact. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, PR, Editorial and Sales to make every campaign as creative and effective as possible, from initial concept through to results reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering consumer marketing campaigns across digital, print and partnerships.
  • Working with authors, agents and brand partners to maximise visibility and promotional opportunities.
  • Supporting high‑profile campaigns and projects with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Briefing and managing the creation of assets, from social media content and POS to catalogues and video.
  • Delivering seasonal and brand campaigns (e.g., Christmas or retailer promotions).
  • Reviewing campaign results and sharing insights to shape future activity.
  • Managing budgets, approvals and timelines with care and attention to detail.
