Penguin Random House in London is seeking a Bibliographic Metadata Assistant for a seven-month fixed term contract starting 1 September 2026. You will join the Bibliographic Metadata Operations team and help deliver high-quality bibliographic data across the publishing programme.

Responsibilities include updating title information in BiblioSuite, processing metadata changes, validating data, and collaborating with Editorial, Production, Inventory, and Sales.
