About Bert
Bert is a leading UK branding agency with a global client base of ambitious growth focused businesses. We build brands and combine sharp strategy with powerful storytelling and distinctive design to deliver growth.
We are looking for an Account Manager who brings structure, clarity and exceptional client service, alongside strong commercial instinct. You will manage a portfolio of clients at different stages of their brand journey, from launching entirely new brands to re-energising established ones and unlocking their next phase of growth. You will lead projects spanning brand strategy, positioning, narrative, visual identity and activation, ensuring they are delivered brilliantly, on time and on budget, and that they create meaningful commercial results. You will not be responsible for creating the strategy or the creative, but you will play a critical role in shaping it, championing it and driving it forward. You will own the process, align teams, challenge constructively and ensure the work translates into real growth for your clients.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day management of brand creation and growth projects.
- Keep timelines, budgets and scopes tight and controlled.
- Act as the key link between client and studio.
- Contribute thoughtfully to strategy and creative discussions.
- Translate brand thinking into clear activation plans.
- Ensure delivery is sharp, aligned and commercially sound.
- Identify opportunities to extend impact and deepen relationships.
- When clients succeed and grow, partnerships grow. You will be central to this.
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in a branding or creative agency (or similar role).
- Experience working on brand strategy and identity projects.
- Commercially aware. You understand how brand drives business growth and you are confident in managing budgets and financial performance.
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
- Clear communicator, internally and with clients.
- Comfortable working with ambitious leadership teams.
- Low drama. High ownership. You care about doing great work and you are driven by creating great outcomes for clients.
What We Offer
- Hybrid working. The role is based at our Manchester studio with occasional days required at our London studio.
- Circa £34,000 depending on experience.
- 28 days holiday.
