About Us:
Bert Frank is a luxury lighting brand manufacturing high-end, British-made lighting for residential and commercial spaces worldwide. We are a small but fast-growing and collaborative team passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and client service.
We are looking for a Showroom & Client Services Coordinator to join our team and play a central role across the business. This is a hands-on, people-facing position combining showroom management, client services, sales support, and office coordination, with light PA support to the Managing Director. This role is primarily office-based, with up to one day per week working from home by agreement.
The Role:
This is a varied role working across departments and supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You will be the face of the showroom, a key support to the sales and operations teams, and a reliable point of contact for clients.
- Showroom & Events: Day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring it is always presentable and welcoming. First point of contact for incoming calls, deliveries, and general enquiries. Welcoming clients, designers, and partners. Coordinating and supporting events held in the showroom, including preparation and on-the-day support.
- Client Services & Sales Support: Preparing quotations for the sales team. Liaising with clients to answer product and pricing enquiries. Sending quotes and relevant information and following up on requests. Supporting the sales team with client-related administration.
- Samples & Marketing Materials: Managing product samples, including inventory, sending samples to clients, and tracking returns. Monitoring stock levels of samples and marketing materials. Reordering lookbooks, business cards, and other printed or physical materials.
- Operations & Office Support: Supporting the operations team when needed. Helping coordinate information between sales, operations, and production. Ordering office supplies and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Managing Director Support: Light PA support, including expenses, bookings, travel, and diary coordination as required.
- Marketing Support: Ad hoc support to the marketing team when needed, including coordination and admin support.
About You:
- Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Confident and professional dealing with clients in person, on the phone, and by email.
- Proactive, reliable, and happy to be hands-on.
- Comfortable working across teams rather than in a single department.
- Previous experience in a showroom, client services, coordination, or office-based role is a plus.
Practical Details:
- Full-time, office-based role.
- Up to one day per week working from home.
- Discretionary annual bonus.
- London-based showroom.
