Bershka is bold, fast and product driven. As Operations Manager, you will lead the operational engine of the store — ensuring deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, control costs and build a strong, engaged operations team. You must be comfortable making decisions, analysing performance and leading under pressure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading deliveries, replenishment and stock control processes
- Managing rotas, payroll and hours budgets
- Monitoring productivity and operational KPIs
- Supporting employee relations processes in line with company policy
- Developing and coaching the operations team
- Maintaining high standards in health, safety and sustainability
- Supporting excellent customer service through operational efficiency
