What we expect from you:
Our Operations Managers ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product, replenishment and back of house operations of the store .Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Monitor and analyse commercial and product data to improve the sales and productivity of the store
- Oversee all store operational tasks
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Achieve companies deadlines while processing deliveries and hourly product replenishment
- Motivate and develop your team
- Be an ambassador for our companies sustainability project
