Role Overview: Site Supervisor (Structural Repairs) to supervise social housing structural repair contracts in the West and East Midlands. The successful candidate will provide essential site supervision of social housing repairs, working within the Projects team of a specialist UK contractor. The contractor has over 30 years of experience delivering structural repair solutions such as Concrete Repair & Protection, Masonry Reinforcement, Remedial Lintel Installation, and Remedial Wall Tie Installation.
Qualifications:
- General building or relevant trade background in brickwork, concrete repairs, or groundworks
- Previous building industry experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Skilled Worker or Manager CSCS card, SSSTS or SMSTS and other relevant H&S training
- Valid UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and work at height
- Knowledge of Building Regulations, including the Building Safety Act
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with social housing residents
