We are recruiting a Warehouse & Equipment Maintenance Operative to maintain the depot and keep tools and equipment in full working order at our client's West Midlands depot.
Established for over 30 years, our client is a UK based specialist contractor, providing its social housing clients with innovative structural repair solutions, including: Concrete Repair & Protection, Masonry Reinforcement, Remedial Lintel Installation, and Remedial Wall Tie Installation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the warehouse organised and making sure every tool and piece of equipment is serviced, tested and ready to go out to site. Working depot hours of 07:00 to 16:00, with the flexibility to start earlier. Training will be provided.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Be well-organised and reliable, ideally with warehouse, workshop or similar practical experience
- Be confident maintaining stock levels, carrying out stock counts, and picking, packing and loading orders
- Be able to repair, service and maintain tools and equipment
- Have a driving licence valid in the UK
- Be able to work on their own initiative
