We require a committed individual who will be open to a variety of jobs labouring on a working greenhouse site. The main roles would include greenhouse labouring, irrigation control and driving heavy machinery.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be trained up within the company and earn various qualifications (including forklift truck/tele handler/first aid). We expect the successful candidate to have a positive attitude, be proactive, work well in a team, have the ability to work well in a fast paced environment following the pace and instruction of a team lead and show good communication skills in the workplace.
The full time job role would be a guaranteed 39-hour week with an abundance of opportunities to work overtime during the seasonal busy periods. Ability to work flexible hours, when needed to finish work in periods of fast growth and high production. Some weekend work would be expected. Pay rates are dependent on experience and will be negotiated prior to employment.
