We are seeking a full-time administration assistant to join our friendly and supportive Transaction and Business Services Department, which consists of our employment, corporate and commercial legal teams.

Job Description
This is a full-time role based in our Cardiff office. In this role you will be primarily assisting fee-earners with the daily management of their employment law files. You will also be required to provide administration assistance to fee earners in the corporate and commercial teams, when required.
The Main Responsibilities Of The Role Include:
- File management including the opening and closing of files
- Undertaking AML checks for new clients
- Taking incoming calls and making calls when required
- Accurately relaying internal and external messages and documenting pre-file information
- Helping to prepare bundles in readiness for tribunal hearings with fee earner guidance
- Assisting with all elements of the billing and team credit control process
- General administrative tasks
Required Skills And Experience:
- Experience of working in a professional services environment, ideally in a similar role
- Experienced in an administrative role (ideally gained from working in a legal environment)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Be proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Organised and methodical approach with good attention to detail
- Be a team player
