- Ordering
- Menu planning
- Organising FOH team & delegating
- Batch cooking & prep
- Maintaining service (Breakfast service starts 07:30-10:00, lunch 11:30-14:00).
- Hospitality
- Assisting with deliveries
- Covering nights service with prebooked holidays 18:00-02:00
- Covering weekend service with prebooked holidays 07:30-14:30
- Reporting machine breakdowns (Lavazza coffee machines, kitchen equipment)
- Liaising with client

- Can remain calm and organised under pressure
- Has strong leadership and communication skills
- Understands food safety, allergens and kitchen hygiene
- Is reliable, hardworking and a positive team player
- Be a strong communicator who works well with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
