Our client in Welwyn Garden City is looking for a customer service advisor to join as part of a team of 5. Day to day duties include processing of customer orders, management of customer enquiries and resolution of delivery and service related issues. The role supports the sales team, ensuring the efficient management of customer accounts and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
The role needs a strong communicator, who possesses good Microsoft Word and Excel skills and an upbeat, friendly and professional demeanour. An excellent eye for details is required as you will be inputting orders. A professional telephone manner and a general desire to resolve any customer queries are essential.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 30 minute break.
In return, the company offers a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. Other benefits include:
