Our Warrington branch (soon moving to Birchwood) specialises in Hospitality & Catering temporary roles and covers the whole North West. Berry Recruitment is a well-established, nationwide agency with over 20 offices across the UK. Thanks to our growing client base, we’re now looking for a Temps Consultant to join our team.
This role is a great fit if you’re:
- Already a Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your career

What you’ll be doing:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients to win more business
- Handling compliance and admin (keeping everything legal and on track)
- Screening, interviewing, and registering candidates
- Managing both temporary and permanent recruitment processes from start to finish
What we’re looking for:
- Proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic, with a drive to win new business
- Excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Confident communicator — you can’t be afraid to pick up the phone (it’s essential in this role)
