Our Warrington branch (soon moving to Birchwood) specialises in Hospitality & Catering temporary roles and covers the whole North West. Berry Recruitment is a well-established, nationwide agency with over 20 offices across the UK. Thanks to our growing client base, we’re now looking for a Temps Consultant to join our team.

This role is a great fit if you’re:

  • Already a Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your career
  • Or someone with transferrable skills from sales, staffing, or customer service who wants to learn the ropes of recruitment

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients to win more business
  • Handling compliance and admin (keeping everything legal and on track)
  • Screening, interviewing, and registering candidates
  • Managing both temporary and permanent recruitment processes from start to finish

  • Proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic, with a drive to win new business
  • Excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Confident communicator — you can’t be afraid to pick up the phone (it’s essential in this role)
