Housekeeping Staff - Public Area Attendants, Room Attendants & Housemen
We are looking for experienced Housekeeping Staff to join our team for the busy period starting in September.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Public Area Attendants, Room Attendants, and Housemen to join our team at 4 and 5 hotels, event venues, private member's clubs, and luxury hospitality venues in Ware.
We understand the importance of flexibility.
That's why we offer shift-based positions, allowing you to work based on your availability and commitments.
Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time opportunities, we have shifts to suit your schedule.
NB: This is not a weekend-only job. We require candidates who are available to work primarily on weekdays, with flexibility to cover a variety of shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas to high standards.
Change bed linen, replenish guest amenities, and ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
Assist with the delivery and movement of linen, supplies, and guest requests.
Ensure all housekeeping equipment is used and stored safely.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost property promptly.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role.
Good attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Good communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules.
