Berry Recruitment is looking for a Van Driver in Kings Lynn on a potential temp to perm contract. For the right candidate, there will be an opportunity to be taken on a full-time contract, with the possibility of part weeks (e.g. 2 days if this is a preferential route).

The role involves delivering sanitary products to care homes across East Anglia. These are clean products, not soiled. There will be a large element of manual handling when delivering the boxes of products, and you will also be expected to load your vehicle at times.

There are many different runs available, and you will be trained on all, ultimately working within the team to deliver exceptional customer service. This is very much a multi-drop position, and you will be working with a PDA to record deliveries made.

Key details:

  • 7am start minimum
  • Guaranteed 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
  • Must have a full UK driver's licence with no more than 6 points
  • Must be over 25 for insurance purposes
  • Excellent customer service skills are required
  • A DBS check is required, which we can assist with as an agency
