We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead a prestigious, high-quality hospitality operation. This is a hands-on leadership role within a refined, service-led environment, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all food and beverage outlets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a high level of wine knowledge, with the ability to lead a team to consistently deliver outstanding standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing food & beverage team within a luxury environment
- Deliver exceptional, detail-driven service standards with a strong focus on fine dining
- Oversee day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, private dining, and events
- Maintain and elevate a premium wine offering, ensuring excellent presentation, pairing, and upselling
- Manage budgets, control costs, and drive overall commercial performance
