Berry Recruitment is recruiting for two Temporary Chefs to join a seasonal hospitality operation in West Cornwall. These positions are available for an immediate start and will run until mid-September. Candidates who complete the full assignment will receive a £250 end of season bonus.
Duties:
- Preparation and cooking of menu items
- Management of kitchen operations during lone-working shifts
- Food preparation in line with company procedures
- Stock rotation and stock control
- Completion of kitchen cleaning schedules
- Compliance with food hygiene and food safety procedures
- Maintaining kitchen records and documentation where required
Requirements:
- Previous employment within a commercial kitchen
- Ability to work independently within the kitchen
- Food hygiene knowledge
- Availability until mid-September
- Ability to travel to the location or utilise the live-in accommodation provided
