The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Hours: Monday to Friday — 09:00 to 17:30 (37.5 hours per week); 1 in 4 Saturdays — 09:00 to 13:00

Salary: From £13.50ph

Location: Truro — must reliably commute or be willing to relocate

The company specialises in debt recovery, debt purchasing, and client liaison, operating from a fast‑paced and professional office environment. We are looking for someone who is highly driven, reliable, and able to maintain accuracy under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a professional, business‑focused mindset. While experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred, full and comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
