Role: Trainee Sales Development Representative

Location: Banbury (Hybrid working) – 2 days working from home (Thursday and Friday).

Hours: 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday with a 45‑minute lunch break and 08:30 to 12:30 on Friday.

Salary: £24,500 Per Annum (Uncapped commission plus quarterly and ad‑hoc performance incentives).

Training: 6–8 weeks
