BERRY RECRUITMENT ARE WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH A COURIER COMPANY IN THATCHAM RECRUITING FOR LOADING BAY OPERATIVES DURING THE PEAK SEASON 2025.

Salary: £12.21 Per Hour

Location: Thatcham Depot - postcode - RG19 4ND

Hours: 4pm - 9pm Monday - Friday

Start date: ASAP - Ad hoc shifts are needed

About the role:

  • Unloading and loading cages
  • Unloading lorries
  • Sorting parcels for scanning
  • Sorting parcels via shoot
  • Heavy lifting for larger parcels
  • Use of handheld scanner

About you:

  • Must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment during PEAK period
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Comfortable with lots of walking
  • Be comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable with handling heavy parcels
  • Comfortable with moving and turning whilst moving the parcels
  • Must have own transport with no bus service due to start time
