Job Title: Temporary Machine Operators
Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: 12.22 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts – 3 days on, 3 days off, then 3 nights on, 3 nights off
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Description:
We are currently seeking Temporary Machine Operators to join our team in Banbury. This is a hands-on, physical role in a noisy and warm manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for operating machinery and handling materials to ensure smooth production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring machinery
- Loading and measuring materials
- Trimming edges and labelling finished products
- Using tools to unscrew templates and placing them onto pallets
- Quality check and reporting any issues.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role
- Comfortable working in a noisy environment (PPE, including ear defenders, will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Previous experience in a machine operating or manufacturing role is advantageous but not essential
