We have a new opportunity to work with one of our clients in Watford. This is an initial 6 month contract with the potential to become a permanent role. You will have worked in a Telesales role or have a background in upselling. This is a varied role where you will manage clients' day to day enquiries and make outbound sales calls.
This is a Monday-Friday job working 8.45-5.15. Salary ranges from 26000-28000 with a bonus opportunity. You will be able to access a pension and have free parking. The team is friendly and supportive. You will be a good team player and enjoy going the extra mile.
The role requires excellent communication both written and verbal as well as exceptional customer service and sales. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cross-selling/upselling and provide attentive and personalised assistance to incoming customer enquiries. You will also be required to make outbound calls to promote the products and services.
