Berry Recruitment Harlow is currently recruiting for a Street Cleansing Operative to join our client\βs team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. About the Role: You\βll play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness of Harlow\βs primary public areas. This is a hands-on, outdoor role. Key responsibilities include: Manual street cleaning and litter collection Operating equipment and handling heavy loads Walking long distances and working in all weather conditions Occasional weekend shifts as required Driving the van from location to location after completing a driving assessment What You\βll Need: Basic understanding of health and safety practices Full UK Driving Licence Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions A friendly, professional manner when interacting with the public Ability to complete daily reports accuratelyAdditional training may be provided to operate street sweeping machinery, based on performance.
