Berry recruitment is looking for 2 Recruitment & HR Admin Assistants to join the team immediately for a period of 3 months. Hours: 09:00am - 17:30pm (Mon - Friday), 37 hours per week. Hourly Rate: £14.92.

The candidates will be working as part of a busy team. They will be responsible for administration support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Previous recruitment experience is preferred, whether this be as part of the broader HR role, in-house recruitment function or agency. Strong administration, organisation and communication skills are a must.

Key accountabilities & Duties:

  • To handle all recruitment queries from recruiting managers and ensure they have the information they need in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To support recruiting managers with the preparation of recruitment documentation including adverts and candidates packs.
  • To process all new starter documentation in time for payroll input.
  • To provide management information on activity/trends on all recruitment.
  • To manage all pre-employment checks.
  • To provide general support to HR & OD projects and casework activity.
  • To provide a list of internal vacancies to any redeployees on a weekly basis.
