Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a School Cleaner to work within a school environment in Newton Aycliffe. This is a temporary position initially for 1 month, with the possibility of being extended for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
- Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and general cleaning duties
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the school
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (essential)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
