Our client in the Borehamwood area is looking for a competent Sales Order Processing Administrator to join their busy team. You will come from a sales administration or sales support background working within this fast-paced environment. You must be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, have experience engaging with customers over the phone, and thrive in this dynamic and varied role.

The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You will work as part of a busy Sales Operations team, supporting a range of activities including:

  • Preparation of quotations
  • Order processing
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinating dispatch
  • Generating reports

You will have good Microsoft skills including Word and Excel and be confident in creating your own correspondence.

In return, the company offers a salary of up to £31,000 per annum, 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, free on-site parking, and regular social events. NEST pension scheme available.
