We are actively recruiting for a dynamic Sales Manager who lives in the Birmingham area and is very familiar with the construction industry. Your day to day duties include selling within the testing inspection and certification arenas to SMEs and corporates alike.
You will be a strong communicator, utilising a combination of email, telephone and face to face engagement. You will proactively look for opportunities to improve sales and lead management processes. You will be used to selling products, e-commerce, online, SEO, mobile, social media and web services. You will exceed quality and customer satisfaction targets on a regular basis.
This is effectively a home working role, but you are expected to be out visiting existing/new clients most days. You will need to handle your own administration and visit the UK Head Office in the South East once per month, having team meetings with your peers.
In return, the company offers a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, a commission structure, life insurance, 25 days holiday rising to 30 days plus Bank Holidays.
