NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Sales Administrator to work for a specialised UK & European supplier based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator

  • Input quotations & sales orders onto SAP received via telephone, email, fax etc.
  • Answer customer queries relating to sales order status, pricing etc.
  • Create customer accounts on SAP.
  • Input relevant customer information onto SAP CRM.
  • Liaise with Purchasing, Warehouse and Machine Shop departments to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
  • Process Production Orders and BOMs.
  • Take credit card payments.

About you

  • Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Customer Service, or administrative role.
  • Ideally experience in SAP B1
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience using CRM systems and ERP software is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
  • A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
