Berry Recruitment is a well-established, nationwide agency with over 20 offices across the UK. Thanks to our growing client base, we\’re now looking for a Temps Consultant to join our team. This role is a great fit if you\’re: Already a Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your career Or someone with transferrable skills from sales, staffing, or customer service who wants to learn the ropes of recruitment What you\’ll be doing: Building relationships with new and existing clients to win more business Handling compliance and admin (keeping everything legal and on track) Screening, interviewing, and registering candidates Managing both temporary and permanent recruitment processes from start to finish What we\’re looking for: Proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic, with a drive to win new business Excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Confident communicator – you can\’t be afraid to pick up the phone (it\’s essential in this role!)
