Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a Production Operator on behalf of our well-established client in the Croydon area. We have an ongoing position with the potential for the right candidates to transition to a contract after 12 weeks.
Working Hours: This role involves working both Day and Night shifts from Monday to Sunday, based on a continental rolling rota:
- One week: 60 hours
- Following week: 24 hours
- Day shift: 6.30am to 6.30pm
- Night shift: 6.30pm to 6.30am
Example of the shift schedule:
- Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday Night
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday Days; Friday, Saturday, Sunday Nights
- Week 4: Monday, Tuesday Nights; Friday, Saturday, Sunday Days
Duties Include:
- Full training provided
- Loading products into machines
- Heavy lifting involved on a repetitive basis
- Lifting products onto machines and setting machines
