About the Role:
Berry Recruitment is proud to support a leading manufacturer based in the heart of Thirsk. We are currently seeking a Production Operative on a temporary basis to provide essential cover over the busy spring/summer period. This role is ideal for individuals with previous manufacturing experience and competent hand tool skills. There may be opportunities for permanent contracts depending on performance and labour requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling drinks dispensers and coolers using hand tools from component parts
- Working both independently and as part of a team to meet weekly production targets
- Maintaining high levels of dexterity and attention to detail
- Contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting preferred
- Confident using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, drills)
