Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Product & Category Coordinator to work for a Market leading organisation in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
The Trading Team are a key team within the business as they provide the vital link between our suppliers, supply chain team and customers and other commercial teams. The role is crucial for supporting revenue generation, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the smooth operation of trading activities within the Trading team.
Role: Product & Category Coordinator
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Hours: Monday – Friday – 37.5 per week – 09:00 – 17:30

Key Responsibilities as a Product & Category Coordinator
- Handle all administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, managing communication with customers and key contacts and suppliers and maintaining data files.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials and presentations and attend customer meetings both on and off site.
- Assist Category Managers and Trading Managers with the implementation of custom product introductions into the Product range.
- Benchmark competitor product ranges against proposed product ranges for key customers in terms of price and product specification.
- Create product development sheets for each customer to brief in product changes to suppliers.
- Work with the Product Information Management team to ensure all product information is correct and all design and IP legislation has been carried out.
- Complete all customer product information forms and any other information required.
- Help to coordinate artwork creation and distribution.
- Coordinate technical files and liaise with external testing houses if required.
- Attend photo shoots and exhibitions as appropriate.
