We are looking for someone to work from home 5 days per week offering office administrative support to a team based in London for a period of 3 months initially. You will work independently offering admin support to the Operations Team. This includes:
- Maintaining accurate records
- Updating operational systems
- Managing routine enquiries
- Preparing documents and materials
- Contributing to ongoing projects
- Providing flexible admin support to ensure smooth workflows
- Updating the management system and producing reports
You will need to have Word, Excel and PowerPoint ability, be IT literate and be confident working with large databases. Hours are Monday - Friday based on a 37.5 hour week 9am - 5pm with a 30 minute break. Salary £27000 - £30000pa (prorated) with 25 days holiday prorated. Whilst you will be working from home, you must be able to commit to team training days or networking events that the company arranges from time to time.
