Berry Recruitment are looking for Farm Logistics Operatives to support a client across PE31 and PE32 areas. You will be responsible for ensuring sites are setup to welcome stock and that site infrastructure is well-maintained. The role requires both on-site and yard-based working. Experience on farm valued, but not essential, as training will be provided. Applicants should be confident with tools, able to work in a team and happy to work outdoors. The successful candidate will: Work with a team or independently to build and maintain key infrastructure for sites Attend to sites to resolve issues with infrastructure with fast creative solutions where necessary Work with a range of farm machinery to carry out tasks as required Be required to work with stock if required to by the business Have a full driving licence Working hours are Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
