We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers for our client based in the NR6. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers seeking ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position.
The role involves multi-drop deliveries, ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to customers across designated routes.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete approximately 7-8 deliveries per day
- Ensure all deliveries are made safely and within scheduled time frames
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues
- Follow all road transport legislation and health and safety regulations
- HGV driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points on licence
- No major endorsements (DD, DR, IN, CD or TT codes)
- Good knowledge of UK driving regulations and compliance
