We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy and well-established restaurant in the Newton Aycliffe area on an ad hoc / as-and-when basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled chef looking for flexible work with weekly pay.

The Role

  • Working as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
  • Assisting with service during busy periods

Shift Pattern

  • Split shifts typically: 11:00am – 3:00pm, 5:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Ad hoc shifts offered based on business needs
  • Flexibility is essential

Pay Rate

£14.50 per hour, paid weekly

Requirements

  • Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or similar
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene standards
  • Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach
  • Own transport is desirable due to location
