Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Mechanical & Electrical Operative to work for a company in Oxford.
Salary: £31,000 - £32,500 depending on experience.
Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire & Site based.
Hours: 48 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical & Electrical Operative:
- Installing and maintaining a wide range of mechanical apparatus and associated equipment.
- Installation and maintenance of water related pumping plant, pipework and associated control equipment.
- Working on pumping plant infrastructure, split case pumps, vertical turbine pumps.
- Working in accordance to our health & safety policy and safe systems of work.
About you:
- Mechanical or Electrical experience would be advantageous.
- Extremely self-motivated individual, with a willingness to learn, be able to demonstrate initiative and work as part of a team.
- A full driving clean license is required for this role.
- Require flexible working hours and business travel.
