- Knowledge of server administration, troubleshooting, maintenance and performance monitoring.
- Experience working within hybrid infrastructure environments.
- A strong understanding of system integrations, data management and connectivity.
- Experience leading technical work streams or projects.

Responsibilities
- We act as the technical lead for the revenues and benefits systems, taking responsibility for administration, configuration and ongoing optimisation.
- We work closely with suppliers, project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure systems are reliable, effective and aligned with business requirements.
- We carry out application administration, configuration and optimisation.
- We undertake end-to-end testing, system assurance and quality improvement.
- We support data migration, integration and validation activities.
- We manage supplier relationships and provide technical liaison.
- We support digital transformation and business improvement projects.
- We identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce risk and improve services.
- We work with project managers, analysts and stakeholders to deliver successful change.
- We troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across interconnected systems.
