Maternity cover up to 1 year.

  • Arranging and booking slots with retail partners.
  • Booking Vehicle Couriers.
  • Supporting all supply chain procedures.
  • Coordinating deliveries and managing shipping documentation and data entry.
  • Raising investigations regarding missed deliveries.
  • Creating inbound orders on D365 and WMS systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Accurately completing records as needed.
  • Updating and communicating with drivers, couriers, warehouse teams and management regarding delivery status.
  • Supporting warehouse operations, including picking and packing during quieter periods.
  • Understanding of courier and freight processes.

Role is based on a 40 hour working week Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 5.30pm.
